SUMMARY

This is a newly created, full-time Recruiter position based out of our corporate office in Tempe, AZ. As a recruiter with ACW, you will play a key role as a brand ambassador, supporting our growth and expansion efforts across AZ and other states. As the Recruiter, you should have the communication and networking skills necessary to attract and engage a strong network of top-talent candidates. A successful Recruiter will be engaged in a full-desk process, including promoting, sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates, as well as creating lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. In this role as the Recruiter, you will be effective with technologies, including applicant tracking systems and job boards, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness, ensuring managers receive qualified and diverse applicant pools and working to meet all hiring needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible to perform all recruitment activities such as sourcing, reviewing, screening, selecting, scheduling, etc.
  • Draft employment ads and determine appropriate external sources to attract appropriate talent
  • Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school programs.
  • Develop strategic sourcing strategies that will strengthen the company's ability to attract, select, and onboard high-caliber talent.
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions if the operations/sites are experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, employees, and colleagues to help identify and source qualified talent
  • Partner with the HR team to drive a consistent approach to talent assessment and development of the candidate experience
  • Analyze performance metrics and data regularly to make sure you are meeting recruiting objectives
  • Provide training resources and tools to hiring managers to ensure compliance and best practices in hiring

  • Ability to work well individually as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of best practices with social media, applicant tracking systems, and reporting.
  • ADP experience is plus
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen


EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One (1) year of relevant experience; healthcare experience is a plus
