Summer time is almost here and temporary hiring needs are rolling in! We are a boutique recruiting firm seeking candidates who are looking for temporary administrative positions, both short-term and long-term. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, routing calls and taking messages
- Greeting clients upon arrival to office and/or meetings
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Arranging all aspects of complex travel itineraries for both international and domestic travel
- Preparing expense reports, filing and sorting mail
- Updating reports and compiling information
- Generating correspondence, both written and email
- Various clerical projects
Our clients come from a variety of professional services industries including financial services, real estate and business management consulting. Hourly rates vary depending on the level of the temporary role.
Resumes must reflect recent administrative work experience within a professional organization. Candidates must also be able to provide strong professional references.
