A professional services firm in Beverly Hills is eager to hire an IT Help Desk Specialist to join their hardworking team. This individual would support and work in tandem with a senior executive within the IT department.
Responsibilities will include, assisting the firm with day-to-day technology issues, fielding incoming user requests, and maintaining and tracking inventory, including telephone moves and changes. This role will provide support for office applications, manage software documentation, and assist the executive with miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks, including providing user training for software and onboarding new employees.
It is important that candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle competing priorities and shifting gears. Other requirements include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, iMangae, and Tier One Help Desk support. A bachelor's or technical degree is highly preferred, but not required.
