Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Rep/ HR Coordinator

Location: Davidson, NC

Duration: 6+ months

2 shifts available: 9am-6pm and 10am-7pm

Job Description:

  • Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. 

 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Answering Inbound calls (40+) from North America Employees
  • Answering questions and helping with topics such as Payroll, Pension, 401K, Direct Deposit, Tax Changes

 

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or more preferred
  • HR experience – Experience/knowledge of Benefits (previous exp. Aon Hewitt, BCBS)
  • PRH/SHRM certifications highly desired
  • Case Management Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Call Center Experience
