Job Description
Are you ready to join a dynamic team where your expertise in order processing can shine? We're seeking a skilled Order Processing Specialist to handle high-end order processing tasks with precision and efficiency. This role requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience, particularly with Microsoft Navision, as well as the ability to interface with other applications such as Oracle and SAP.
  • Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (overtime possible).
  • Pay rate $21/hr
  • Employment Type : Temporary to Permanent.
  • Work Environment : Fully onsite.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Navision.
  • Communicate effectively with other applications utilized in the order processing function, including Oracle, SAP, and others.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order processing workflows.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of orders and customer interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders with speed and accuracy.
  • High school graduate (some college preferred).
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in order management.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented with adaptability to various tasks and challenges.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
