Job Description
Adecco is assisting an established law office in the Downtown Duluth, MN, area in their search for a Part-Time Legal Secretary. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, offering longevity and stable work for the right person. Essential job functions for this Legal Secretary include:
-Greet guests and clients with a welcoming demeanor
-Answer calls and direct or help as needed 
-Maintain and keep client/attorney information confidential
-Assist Paralegal with Transcribing and Dictation
-Maintain and keep calendar organized when scheduling conferences, court appearances, travel, and other appointments
-Assist with invoicing
-Follow back up with clients by phone, email, mail, or in person
-Assist in reviewing, formatting, inputting, and editing documents as requested
-File away court and client documents in an orderly fashion
-Maintain good communication with others in the office
-Distribute and send mail; file as needed
-Assist with additional tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
-Legal office experience desired
-Preferably 5+ years of experience within an office setting
-Outstanding office and computer navigation skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hours:
Starting part time 3 - 4 days per week; between 20-30 hours per week
Compensation:
Starting at $15 per hour
