Fashion Production Assistant

Adecco is hiring immediately for Fashion Production Assistants at a local client in Hallandale Beach, FL. In this role, you will ensure that manufacturing processes runs reliably and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Create purchase orders
• Conduct market research
• Track shipments and update relevant departments of when containers arrive
• Measure/review all garments and accessories to ensure they align with product specifications and making any adjustments (i.e. grading, etc.) to the specifications if necessary
• Review swatches/lab dips and fabrics from overseas dyers
• Maintain and organize color, print, fabric, and trim libraries
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma, and some college
• 1+ year of fashion production experience
• Purchase orders and shipment tracking experience
• Computer savvy
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once while still staying organized
