Job Description
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative position.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Pennington, NJ (local candidates only)
Pay: $18.51/hr
Length: Twelve (12) months with the possibility of extension/conversion
Shift: Mon - Fri, 8a-5p

Note: This is an onsite role. No other options available.

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative position include but are not limited to:

  • Assist customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts via phone and/or correspondence
  • Calls are predominately routine
  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
  • May require advanced knowledge of the organization and/or services
  • Process IRA money movement requests
  • Collaborate with IRA team on trust administrative requests
  • Qualifications for this Customer Service Representative job:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong research/analytical skills
  • Ability to cross sell
  • Associates degree a plus
  • Bilingual skills a plus
