Adecco is currently assisting our NEWTOWN client in their search for an experienced Customer Service Rep.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:
- Answer inbound calls from current or potential customers
- Support the sales team in coordination with new account set-up, order prep, and delivery coordination
- Accurate input and timely management of entry of all daily order input from phone, email and/or fax
- Enter purchase orders and releases into Oracle
- Monitor scheduled order releases each month and communicate with sales to ensure timely delivery vs commitment and that shipment volumes are maximized.
- 3 + years exp in a Customer Service position in an office setting (not collections)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have fast and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize
- Knowledge of MsWord and Excel - Oracle or similar, a plus
Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Pay rate $14 -$16 hr, DOE
