Job Description
Adecco is hiring immediately for Assistant Store Managers at a local client in Carmel, IN. In this role, you will help mentor and train the less experienced Store Reps and demonstrate efficient and effective work habits by example. This position demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all categories/tasks and is very organized and proficient in executing merchandising and service duties.

This is a temp to direct hire position, eligible after 90 days

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-year managerial experience working in a retail setting preferably service, construction, and restaurant.
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Pending, lifting, and twisting frequently
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work Sun-Thurs

  • Weekly pay starting at $19.00/hr.
  • Sunday-Thursday, 8:00pm to 5:00am with flexibility.
