Administrative Assistant responsibilities and requirements:
Experience in SAP, Data collection, Setting up Interviews and cold calling possible candidates
The role is a traditional admin (office support). Uses an array of business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet). Screens incoming calls and/or mail, maintains calendars and handles confidential matters. May arrange business travel, coordinate meetings, support agenda management.
