Adecco Staffing is seeking a part time Bilingual Spanish Admin assistant 24 hours per week. $13/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages promos and price lists making sure pricing is up to date for customer. In charge of maintaining and promoting company's Website and Social Media Platforms. Prepares company's newsletters and email campaigns. Creates departmental reporting and maintains departmental databases and lists as required Maintain Proof of Export Files for Compliance with Vendors and Government Agencies. In charge of maintaining all the file for invoices every month. Follows up with customers on all unfinished matters and customer satisfaction. Cover the position of the staff this day out or of vacation. Hourly Rate and Effective start date: The effective start date will be TBD We would like to request a commitment to remain in the company for at least one year after the end of the trial period. Payment will be bi-weekly. Hourly rate will be $13.00 per hour / 24 hours a week. Hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm / Consecutives days 1099 Form Skills and Expertise Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Impeccable written and oral communication with people at all levels of an organization, Excellent oral and written in English and Spanish. Demonstrated attention to detail, Organized, Creative, Ability to prioritize and multitask, Passionate about serving others and making the jobs of others easier, Ability to work independently and with little direct supervision
