Responsibilities for OFFICE MANAGER include but are not limited to the following:
+ Document and track Purchase Orders
+ Accounts Payable checks and reconcile against invoices
+ Handle Inventory management
+ Schedule maintenance as needed and communicate with contractors
+ Basic office duties
Candidates must meet the following OFFICE MANAGER requirements for consideration :
+ Must have excellent oral & written communication skills
+ Must be proficient in MS Office Suite applications including Excel & Power Point
+ Experience with an ERP system such as SAP or Sage preferred
We have openings Monday -Friday 1 st shift. Flexible start time.
Pay for this position will be based on experience. This is a temporary to hire job opportunity.
