Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Admin Assistant - Senior in Raleigh, NC!
Support the Technology leadership team in onboarding and other BSL duties as well as provide administrative support. The Senior Admin will coordinate activities of the leadership and senior team, manage calendars, coordinate travel and manage expense reports. This resource will act as part of the MN or NC administrative teams.
IDEAL BACKGROUND: Working in a large corporation would be ideal, fast pace environment.
TOP REQUIREMENTS: Organizational skills, ability to prioritize, adaptable/flexible to changing organization. Willing to assume additional responsibility.
*** What experience will set candidates apart from one another? - Experience supporting multiple leaders, coordinating onboarding activities at larger sites, supply management.
*** When do you anticipate starting the interview process? Do you plan to wait until the requisition is fully approved in Fieldglass before you start to review candidates? - I am good to start in two weeks/ around the beginning of August.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform Business Segment Liaison (BSL) duties and responsibilities, as needed (e.g., hardware/software acquisition / disposal, new employee onboarding)
Maintain awareness of potential issues and / or repairs needed within the office environment and coordinate/oversee maintenance and repair
Prepare and maintain organization charts and assist remote employees as needed
Ensure appropriate access of relevant personnel to office space, common areas and conference rooms, working with applicable partners (e.g., Real Estate, vendors)
Ensure employees/contractors receive access and guidance with office operations
Ensure documents, materials, and mail are sorted and/or distributed to appropriate internal and/or external stakeholders
Manage/monitor/procure office supplies, goods and services (e.g., process/reconcile invoices, travel and other expenses, payments, and / or reimbursements)
Assist with leadership visits and event planning in Boston
Provide backup support for other executive assistants as needed
Collaborate with other BSLs on best practices and complex tasks
Demonstrated ability to adapt in an ever-changing work setting and adhere to quick turnaround times
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with other departments and staff to achieve goals
Ability to work effectively as a teammate and to back-up other members of the BSL community
Provide high quality, consistent services to the various leaders within the department
