The On-Call Coordinator is primarily responsible for receiving phone calls from employees, clients, and prospective clients outside of the regular business hours and determining who can best address the caller's need or matching provider skill set with patient needs.
This position is a great opportunity for a second income or while attending school. You will be able to work from the comfort of your own home.
Please note there is a required schedule of Monday - Friday 5 pm - 8 am and every other weekend.
The On-Call Coordinator addresses scheduling/service/equipment needs evenings, weekends and holidays. This position is required to contribute to the established company revenue goals through the performance of the outlined duties and responsibilities.
