Addison Group, formerly CVPartners, is partnering with a well-established, privately owned Multifamily Real Estate client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their team. This role involves providing comprehensive accounting support across a range of industries. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and CPA certification preferred. A minimum of three years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and bookkeeping, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of QuickBooks desktop and online are also necessary.

As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include financial statement reporting, payroll, B&O tax, accounts payable and receivable, tax reporting and filing, auditing, and general ledger account reconciliation. Additional duties involve monthly bank statement and credit card reconciliations, and partnering with external CPA firms for tax return preparation, and the preparation of annual financial statements for partnerships and corporations. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication abilities are essential for this position.
