Job Description

Addison Group’s client is seeking a Customer Service Support Coordinator to join their team in Washington DC! The pay-rate is $15.20-16.20/hour. This is a contract position that’s currently in-office. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a renewable energy company. Proof of vaccination is required.

Job Description:

  • Help support their customer service operations with data entry, research and document review.
  • Follow process documents and sequencing instruction for customer operations records and execution.
  • Learn and execute basics of Account Material
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of office, customer-relations experience
  • BA/BS
  • Data entry experience
  • Quick to learn and adapt
  • Customer service mentality
  • Great attention to detail
  • No task too small mentality
