Customer Service Representatives

Addison Group’s client is seeking Customer Care Representatives join their team in Washington DC! The pay-rate is $15-16/hour. This is a contract position. This position currently hybrid! The organization offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Respond to customer questions regarding a wide range of topics
• Resolve minor technological issues
• Implement performance tracking techniques
• Work closely with your team to improve customer service

Qualifications:

• Must be empathetic towards customer complaints and concerns
• Must have an interest in personal finance
• Impeccable communication skills
• Innovative technological skills
• Ability to track progress on multiple projects
• Data experience is a plus
• Background in customer relations
• Degree in Business-related field is a plus
