Customer Service Representative

Addison Group’s client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Northern Virginia! The pay-rate is $13-16/hour. This is a contract position. This position currently hybrid! The organization offers an excellent chance to learn new skills and grow!
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries
- Provide customers with status updates
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers via our reference guides and policies
- Update our automated database systems
- Communicate with Customer Information staff as needed via phone or email
- Must have at least one year of Call Center Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to provide top-notch customer service to our customers
- Must have a cooperative and professional attitude
