Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
You will also be responsible for being the primary contact for a dedicated customer list and performing various inside sales activities such as calls, quotes, appointments etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Computer-efficient
- Punctual, consistent and reliable attendance
- The ability to multi-task
