Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative
Our logistics client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The individual in this role will be the main point of contact for clients orders, shipping questions and will upsells product when possible.
Location: Batavia
Compensation: $42-45k based on experience + incentives (~ $50-$200 per week)

Job Description:
- Efficiently handle inbound and outbound phone calls and electronic communications in a fast-paced call center environment
- Interact with decision makers, contractors and administrators to develop customer rapport, ask probing questions to inquire about customer needs, generate interest in our products, and close sales
- Educate and provide customers with our products' benefits and features, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customers are receiving the best recommendations possible
- Prepare quotes and shipping estimates, arrange sample requests, build proofs, enter and process orders from start to finish, etc. in order management system
- Efficiently manage log-off time to respond to customer inquiries, follow up on quotes and close held orders
- Multitask and update records in a computer system with accuracy while conversing with customers
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Work well in a team environment and support team members and management
- Utilize selling skills and closing techniques learned from in-house sales training to advance customers through sales funnel
- Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs
Required Experience:
- 1+ year of call center experience or account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical aptitude
