Job Description
Medical Call Center Rep
One of the prominent healthcare providers throughout Maine and New Hampshire is looking to add staff to their call center to assist patients with inquiries including, but not limited too, scheduling, referrals, medical records requests, and copayment collections.
Location: Portland, Maine (remote after 2 months on site training)
Pay: $18-$22/hr
Hours: Flexible shifts and schedules, may involve weekends or holidays

- Healthcare office experience
- Customer service/call center experience
