Customer Service Support for Healthcare Association located in Chicago! Excellent training, work/life balance, friendly team and culture. Pays $45K and offers a hybrid work schedule. Not a high call volume environment, more consultative calls, normal business hours. Supporting call overflow, managing customer inbox, must have minimum one year Customer Service experience. Job Duties:

• This position will provide excellent customer service over email, some overflow of phone calls
• This will include interaction with candidates to provide information in response to inquiries for products or services and to handle and resolve issues.
• Representatives are responsible for ensuring customers receive an exemplary level of service and their questions and concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.
• Interact with customers through a variety of means: telephone, email, fax, or regular mail correspondence to provide information in response to general/routine inquires and requests.

• At least one year of customer service
• Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone and email
• Technologically savvy to learn new software
• Able to work five days a week, normal business hours and hybrid after training
