START Classes are scheduled for the following dates:
March 1st (10 agents)
March 15th (30 agents).
Contractors would need to be available to work during their hours of operation (Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Sat through Sun from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm). It would be a 40 hour work week.

Note: ASSESSSMENT must be completed prior to submittal. 
Interview Process: 15-20 minute phone interview

 

  • For March 1st class, they would need all class information, equipment agreements and affidavits no later than Feb 15th.
  • For March 15th class, they would need all class info, equipment agreements and affidavits no later than March 1st.

Addison Group’s client is seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Northern Virginia! To apply, candidates must have at least one year of high-volume call center experience.

Job Description and Qualifications:

  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries
  • Provide customers with status updates
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers via our reference guides and policies
  • Update our automated database systems
  • Communicate with Customer Information staff as needed via phone or email
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience at a high-volume call center that is customer-service related
  • Must reside in Maryland or Virginia
  • Must have access to a reliable WiFi network
  • Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
  • Must be able to operate multiple data systems simultaneously
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to provide top-notch customer service to our customers
  • Must have a cooperative and professional attitude
