Addison Group’s client is seeking an Administrative/Customer Service Associate to join their team in Washington DC! The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional experience and excellent problem-solving skills. This contract-to-hire position is currently 100% remote with the possibility of going hybrid eventually.
Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external individuals and answer questions
Complete ad hoc administrative tasks/projects
Maintain a professional demeanor
Train staff on how to use office equipment
Review and edit content
Assist in long term projects
1-2 years of professional experience
Great problem-solving skills
Experience in training/teaching others and working in customer service
Extremely organized with great attention to detail
The ability to work independently while supporting a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CMS experience, WordPress preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Zoom preferred.
