Job Responsibilities:

• Process high volume invoices through the accounts payable system
• Process expense reimbursements through NetSuite
• Manage disbursements from various sources
• Reconcile vendor statements and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Assist in transferring vendor information during acquisitions
• Assist in the reconciling and payment of taxes
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned



Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience required
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of multi-site operations
• Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
