We are looking for an AP Clerk! Our client in Houston, Texas is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk on a contract to hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process PO and non-PO invoices, daily
- Handle high-volume (100-plus, daily) of invoices
- Code and enter invoices; check cutting responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close
- 3+ years of full-cycle AP processing experience
- Large ERP system experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look ups, and formulas)
- High attention to detail
