Our client, a real estate firm located in the Chicago Loop, is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The work schedule would be 3 days per week for a total of 24 hours/week. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
The individual in this role will be providing administrative support to a team of real estate brokers. Adobe InDesign will be used on a daily basis to update and prepare client proposals. In addition, this individual will be providing reception coverage - answering phones and greeting guests. They will also be responsible for making sure conference rooms and meeting rooms are set ready for client appointments.
Job Requirements Include:
- Strong experience working with Adobe InDesign in an office environment
- 1-3 years of administrative experience working in a professional office setting
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required
The hourly pay for this opportunity will be $18 - $22/hour depending on experience
