Customer Service Representative

Job Description

This position ensures AHN delivers the highest level of customer service possible by responding to patient calls related to outstanding billing issues and assists patients with identifying solutions to pay their outstanding balances. The position meets customer expectations by following customer service policies and procedures and handling complex inquiries with a high level of professionalism.

40 hours per week-First Shift

8:30 am-5:00 pm; 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Monday-Friday

Customer service experience required

Knowledge of medical billing preferred by not required

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Ability to learn, retain, apply, and patiently communicate a wide spectrum of health care billing concepts

Be able to figure and apply percentagediscounts
