Demonstrate and educate customers & stylist on the hair care brand and products
Champions the Brand and works closely with the team to deliver an exceptional service to everyone, making the customer number one at all times
Provides professional advice and support to customers so that sales are maximized leading to brand loyalty
Develops a customer database for in-store launches and key sales activity
Develop collaborative working relationships with store team
Successfully implement promotional and marketing activity to generate sales growth and identify new opportunities
Endeavor to exceed key performance indicators and targets as defined by the hair care brand.
Drive sales in store to maximize on opportunities by using creative ideas and initiatives
Effectively uses all company tools and initiatives designed to improve sales performance
Ensure that effective stock management processes are in place to deliver the best possible store availability
Supports Account Manager with communication to Head office to highlight key products, feedback on layouts etc. Uses every opportunity to promote Hair Care brand.
Outgoing & Upbeat personality
Previous retail experience is essential. Minimum of 1 year of Sales

An ability to engage and connect with clients and team members.
Ability to train and educate salon team on hair care products and host monthly events to drive sales.
Hair/Skin experience a plus
