Administrative Assistant ADAMH Board of Franklin County Serves as primary back up for Front Desk Receptionist. Provides primary administrative support to Director, Public Affairs, & works cooperatively with Public Affairs team members in the achievement of individual/team/organizational goals. Provides administrative support to HR/Cultural Engagement teams. Oversees vendor invoices & accurate Public Affairs team budget. Tracks inventory of marketing materials. Maintains up-to-date databases. Compiles/copies/distributes monthly Board Packets. Attends Public Affairs/ HR/other meetings. Supports/attends ADAMH Special Events. Education: High school diploma in secretarial science/office technology, or equivalent is required. Experience: Four years' secretarial/administrative support experience. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel/Word/ SharePoint & other MS Office applications. Able to work effectively with diverse populations. Able to anticipate & take initiative.
