Livian Louisiana has an immediate opening for an Inside Sale Agent (ISA). We are seeking a hungry, humble, and smart Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. This individual will develop a consistent pipeline of high quality leads to be supplied to our real estate agents across the country. Are you self-motivated, persuasive and goal oriented? Do you establish quick connections with people you’ve just met? Do you thrive on consistency and follow-up? Does rejection motivate you to do better and try even harder? Are you passionate about talking to new people all day every day to build rapport and convert leads into appointments? The earning potential is endless, tied to your grit and daily execution.
What does a successful Inside Sales Associate do?
This position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be motivated by making hundreds of calls per day to qualify prospects and set appointments for real estate agents on our team.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Setting qualified appointments for the sales agents
Assisting in sales agent database follow up
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Current LA Real Estate License (applications without at current LA license will not be considered)
You know MAC, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive. You are a quick learner with new software and programs. You are not afraid.
You are detailed with data entry in spreadsheets and various software applications.
Two years sales experience is preferred.

This is a salary plus commission and benefits position! $24,000-$52,000 annually
