Communications Analyst - Ad Astra

The Communications Analyst is responsible for driving and delivering key strategic initiatives across omni channel platforms, by planning and implementing projects and initiatives in line with the company strategy, compliance and system rules. The Analyst will provide reporting, analytics and support as required by the IT Database and Support Manager.
What you will be doing:- Assist in the planning, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of all
Communication systems and its integration with other operating systems - Provide support with analyzing production and efficiency trends. This includes the ability
to produce, understand and analyze efficiency or gap reports to recommend process
changes/updates. - Learn to read and prepare/write SQL queries as well as utilize other analytical tools, as
needed, to support reporting and analytical functions. - Track key performance indicators, generate and distribute omni channel reports as
necessary - Maintain/update dialer settings as needed to maximize scheduling in order to cover all
operating hours, maximize production (total dials) and efficiency (slot utilization). - Real time monitoring scheduling adjustments based on call center performance and
staffing schedule adherence to assure coverage and portfolio penetration metrics are
consistently met. - Coordinate with IT and vendors in troubleshooting to assure full functionality and systems
performance during all hours of operation. - Data analysis, trending, and preparation of hourly, daily and monthly performance
reports.
