The Sales Operations Analyst Intern will assist the Global Sales Operations team in supporting Acxiom's CRM platform, Salesforce.com. You will utilize business intelligence tools to deliver actionable insights to Acxiom's US industry verticals.

For this role, we are seeking individuals who can work on-site in Conway, Arkansas, for the duration of the internship. You should be available to adhere to a 20-25 hour/week work commitment during the semester, and up to 40 hours/week during the summer if applicable.
We are seeking students with an anticipated graduation date of December 2020, and who can begin an internship immediately.
What you will do:
+ You will receive on-the-job training of Salesforce.com, Clari and other business tools as used by our team
+ Business Intelligence:
+ Produce and analyze tactical sales force productivity measurement activities
+ Assist with analyzing sales trends and performance, develop and produce performance metrics dashboards and operational packages in an effort to identify areas of improvements and drive resolution
+ Process Improvement:
+ Participate in the requirements gathering, development, implementation and automation of critical business processes and tools used to track sales process, forecasting, pipeline management and performance; perform account planning; measure customer happiness and other key processes as defined by the business
+ Administrative Support:
+ Assist with data hygiene and validation of the data contained within Salesforce.com
+ Assist with basic SFDC administrative support such as account and contact reassignments
What you will need:
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Analytics, MIS, Business or a related field with a minimum 3.25 GPA
+ You thrive in a team environment and are proactive, but can also be deeply attentive to details
+ Demonstrable ability to synthesize information into actionable insights and contribution to both crafting and executing business strategies
+ Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills both with internal teams and external contacts
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
