Job Description

 We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for customer service, answering incoming client calls, coordination of service events, ensuring service tickets are timely addressed, documentation of service requests, and maintaining Service Portal

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, prioritize and assign service requests
  • Maintain service ticketing system
  • Ensure and verify completion of service events and SLA’s are met
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Review technical staff timesheet service entries coding for accuracy
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
