Strong SharePoint Skills: Ability to add and modify web parts and site ?look and feel? based upon customer requirements. Responsible for all customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables. Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the PMO Manager and/or IT Director of any problems that may arise. Should be familiar with the contract of the software that the customers utilize and answer questions in regards to it. Reviews Change Requests and Attends the Change Management Meetings. Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects meet the customers? needs. Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the IT teams. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and IT team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. Understanding of software capabilities and service, and effectively communicates existing and future needs Reports to the Account PMO Manager, providing regular input on all customer activities, including status reports on a weekly basis.
Proven Project Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships Minimum 1 to 3 years of Account/project management experience Strong SharePoint Skills required Extremely detail oriented Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) Motivated, goal oriented, persistent Strong requirements documentation and technical writing skills High level of initiative and work well in a team environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well Plans and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction Lead in sharing of best practices with team members to contribute to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support.
