Implementation Project Manager
Experience implementing professional services solutions and solutions
5+ years as a project manager managing cloud infrastructure, SDN, or SD-WAN projects, including coordinating with other teams
Strong technical writing and marketing communication skills and the ability to influence other teams
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, technical degree or equivalent
Responsibilities include:
Leading innovation in network and cloud infrastructure solutions, demonstrations, innovation, strategic product implementation.
Prioritizing initiatives and creating SDN Project roadmaps
Coordinating with SMEs, creating and publishing technical artifacts
Tailoring customer-facing materials to generate adoption on SDN Projects
Establishing the SDN Project communication and marketing material
Periodic reporting of SDN Project offering usage and performance
Owning the overall SDN Project lifecycle, understanding trade-offs, while mitigating risks and measuring impact
As a SDN Project Program Manager on our SDN Project team, you'll follow our style guides to create clear and concise information to help AT&T Customers succeed. You'll collaborate with SMEs, Go-to-Market Specialized Sales, Go-to-Field Enablement, Industry Practices, and internal business partners to develop SDN Project strategy and content. You'll participate in program management efforts, process development, and quality governance in support of team success, while also working independently on multiple projects.

This is a customer-facing role, requiring up to 30% travel to customer locations.
Key job responsibilities
Leading the development and implementation of the SDN Project, demonstrations, and other reusable assets.
Prioritizing initiatives and creating SDN Project roadmaps

Experience communicating technical capabilities in business terms

Experience working in an agile content development environment
All individuals must be US Citizens that qualify to obtain or currently possess a Secret Clearance to work within US defense-based network or cloud infrastructure projects. Prior military, public sector, or federal civilian experience is considered a significant plus.
All solutions designed or implemented will be subject to DFARS, CMMC, NIST as well as other regulatory, compliance, and privacy requirements.
Experience with FedRAMP, FIPS 140-2, GovCloud, US DOD, or similar solutions is a plus.
Experience with SDN, SD-WAN, Cloud Infrastructure, NFV, KVM, VMware, HyperV, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus for the Project Management roles and a requirement for the Architect role.
