Japanese Speaking Accounting & Administrative Assistant. (Part-time)

Japanese manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide general administration and clerical support, including mailing, copying, scanning and filing
• Resolve any administrative problems
• Perform data entry, including expense sheets and invoices
• Create monthly accounting reports, including the list of expenses, profit/loss, and balance sheets
• Track and maintain received payments
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment
• Be the contact person for outside parties including utility companies and office managing company
• Keep inventory and place all order of all office supplies
• Support Sales and Operation departments as required


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year of Administrative/Accounting experience or equivalent in a corporate setting
• Bilingual in English and Japanese
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Experience and knowledge of SAP, and Excel VBA or a computer programming language is a plus


HOURS:
25 hours/ week

WAGE:
$15~20/H
