Responsibilities: Status and follow up to the shipments for both import and export (customs agency, airline and customs).
Ensure that imports are received on time and in a Warehouse.
Invoices of both shipments (finished product) or received (raw material) are notified by mail.
For the Exports to verify that the information that is entered to the system is correct, it is verified the schedule of Operations with packaging and DHR's of the orders that will be sent.
Elaboration of Invoice for Export.
Check Packing List Digital for Batch Orders and quantities so that you can give in System.
Once is given in System, it is verified that the TRAVELER leaves the correct comment.
Control of entry and exit in books of records authorized by the General Directorate of Customs Services.
Registration Control of each process for payment effect (formats, local freight, Air, DTI, Seals, photocopies) to the Customs Agency.
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: 1-2 years working as a Shipping Associate.
