The Person (YOU)

• We are searching for a dynamic, highly creative sales professional to focus on selling our 5 categories (coaching, education, planning, valuations, team assessments) of services directly to business owners.
• In this position, you will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of your sales results.
• Your goal is to contribute to achieving our aggressive client acquisition and sales targets. You will work hand-in-hand with the lead generators on our team.
• Simply put, you are a person who is skilled at asking the tough questions and getting results.
• You have a solid understanding of how a business makes money and manages cash.
• Understands the key drivers to business growth.

The Role

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and driving our multi-faceted 13 step sales process. Our ideal candidate is someone with demonstrated success in B2B sales directly to the owners of privately held businesses; in addition to being an outstanding communicator, along with having great interpersonal skills. This is a base salary + bonus position.

B2B Sales Responsibilities:

• Have a sales conversion rate of 70%+
• Self tracking of sales performance and achievement of weekly objectives.
• Oversee each aspect of our sales process, including generating qualified leads, referrals and industry association relationships.
• Drive our team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.


• Develop and grow your sales skills and capabilities
• Optimize cost of client acquisition
• Highest levels of client experience in the sales process
• Future opportunity to build a sales team

• Have relationships with strategic partners that will refer business clients.
• Highly creative with excellent customer influence capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation of group and online presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite including Dynamics CRM, LeadPages and/or HubSpot email platforms is a plus.

Total Compensation:

Based upon proven track record and performance, this position will receive a base salary plus quarterly bonuses; and additional bonuses based on consistent results.
