Description: Actalent Engineering has a Fortune 100 Telecommunication client in Morrisville, NC, looking for two Cloud Compliance Program Managers to join their Global Cloud Compliance team. Your primary role requires an in-depth understanding of various security certification frameworks, e.g., AICPA SOC 2, ISO27001, FedRAMP, IL5 and other global certs. You will also lead all aspects of supporting our Strategy team, Execution team, Business Unit partners and Sales in their efforts to achieve various compliance certifications. This role will be required to: o Maintain an understanding of the Cloud Service Offering and its roadmap o Maintain knowledge of job specific certification processes o Assist with & influence the assessment, planning and management of related projects to align with S&TO goals and objectives o Identify and drive process improvements o Assist with overall PMO metrics and Dashboarding to multiple levels of management o Develop the certification project plan with critical path, financial estimates, required resources, impact and mitigation strategy plans, risk assessments and key dependencies o Project execution from a Concept Commit to completion of certification or initiative, on time, within budget and meeting key requirements o Present project status at Commit landmarks and project meetings o Partner with third party Auditors and/or Government Agencies to ensure the Cisco Cloud Service Offering is validated and included in the proper listings for external access Additional Skills & Qualifications Skills needed to Succeed: o Strong Project Management skills to drive projects to completion o Experience in driving various compliance projects for AICPA SOC, ISO27001, FedRAMP and other certifications from initiation through external audits o Proficient in Microsoft O365, SharePoint, SmartSheet and MS Project o College degree - preferably BS in Engineering or other technical discipline o 5 - 7 years of Project Management Experience o Excellent communications skills at all levels of the Organization o Ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment o PMP preferred but not mandatory o Ability to balance multiple projects o Ability to partner with and lead others not reporting directly to you o Excellent analytical skills o Knowledge in Agile Project management - scrum or kanban o Dedicated engagement and work discipline o Vendor Management o Flexibility of working hours to support offshore teams when needed
