Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a Business Development Representative, you’re able to channel your hard work and desire to succeed into a fulfilling career. Establish yourself at global software company with 35 years of industry leading experience and create the stability you need, within a fun environment that promotes growth.
 Business Development Representatives actively reach out to our expansive customer base and potential customers to set up sales opportunities for our Account Executives. The BDR will be responsible for tracking, presenting weekly results, establishing meetings and owning their pipeline.
Position requires ability to work off leads, knowledge of how to communicate with customers, have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment. Basic sales or telemarketing experience are a plus.

General Job Duties/Responsibilities
 Initiate outbound sales by calling new businesses, as well as using warm lead lists to contact existing customers to up sell/cross sell into premium services.
Educate customers on product offerings and services to gain interest in Act! software to create an opportunity for the Account Executives to close the sale.
Follow up with customers via telephone and email following initial sales contact.
Identify customer issues and provides appropriate solutions of products.
Place a minimum number of outbound calls and emails each day to generate meetings and opportunities (goals may vary on a monthly basis).
Consistently meets generation opportunity goals, as well as sales close rate percentage while maintaining customer satisfaction
Continued product education to better service customer calls.
Maintain accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker and CRM system.

 

Education/Experience Requirements

Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment. Strong customer service and telesales skills
Experience with Web Based Applications, Sales automation tools and Windows
Outgoing Personality and professional aptitude
Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving and decision-making skills
