Job Summary:

Since 1997, SASid (Smart and Simple insurance development) and InsuranceTPA.com have been helping insurance companies, associations, and brokers succeed and thrive in todays insurance sales and the administrative environment through proprietary SaaS cloud-based technologies and products. Our mission to build, market, and administrate niche health and supplemental insurance products which help people; to create insurance products and technologies which are simple to understand, quote, purchase and smart to have.

SASid, an Acrisure agency partner, has a current need for a full-time Internal Sales Manager. This individual is responsible for building and developing the internal insurance sales team. Other responsibilities include managing team performance to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company goals. Assesses metrics to determine training needs and tools to help the SASid sales team improve performance. He/she is ensuring that targets are met and performance is at its peak.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and leading a team involved in sales activities
  • Proactive assessments to adjust and adapt quickly as needed to maintain and build performance
  • Ability to set goals and incentives for growth, reward those achieving and address those that are not
  • Real time leadership to ensure that targets are met and performance is at its peak
  • Possess excellent communication skills to communicate with sales team and company leadership
  • Perform inbound lead generation and evaluation
  • Assess and optimize strategies for lead conversion both inbound and outbound
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on the internal sales activities of the company with assessment
  • Deliver, manage, train, and install technology solutions (Phone Software, CRM, SASid proprietary software)
  • Hire and grow team based on SASid culture (purpose, progress, innovation)
  • Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business related field, required
  • Prior experience in leading and developing sales team, required
  • 3+ year(s) experience in managing and growing a team, required
  • State Insurance license preferred (can acquire after hire date)
