+ Your daily focus will consist of leveraging strong technical and process skills to organize and bring clarity to the work of Acrisure's Network Engineering Team, advocating for standard best practice service delivery.

+ You will play an instrumental role in the development of the Acrisure service portfolio, collaborating cross-functionally with technology architects and business leaders.

+ You will assist with major incident triage, pulling together the necessary resources to respond to critical issues.

+ You will participate in and give guidance to the development and maturity of Acrisure's Technology Service Management journey always striving for better.

+ You will drive broad visibly of Network team successes though the capture of metrics and data.

+ You will help track and prioritize strategic goals.

+ You will identify ways in which we can optimize technology strategy and process. You understand that these options will align with best practice, linking back to business needs and informed by ROI analysis.

+ You will spend an appropriate amount of time documenting, knowledge sharing, and enabling others to do the same.

+ You will communicate at all levels of the business both verbally and written.

Education and/or Experience:

+ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

Technical Skills:

+ Relevant industry recognized certifications.

+ Experience with Cisco and Meraki full stack configurations including ISR, Catalyst, MX, MR, and MS product lines.

+ Hands on experience managing highly distributed networks leveraging the concepts of SD-WAN and ZTNA.

+ Exposure to data center networking in both self-hosted colocation environments as well as public cloud.

+ Exposure to service portfolio management within large enterprise environments.

+ Significant experience with solution design development, working cross functionally with many technology and business silos.

+ Experience distilling down complicated efforts into succinct deliverables.

+ Ability to apply concepts of continuous improvement to mature technology and service processes.

+ Ability to wield a highly analytical skillset to provide recommendations, measured and supported by applicable metrics.

+ Expert communication skills with the ability to read an audience, choosing the most effective approach to convey a message.

+ Experience deriving high value output through ITIL processes and project management principles.
