Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing Marketing Department as we pursue our vision of creating a unified marketplace for land. The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager is someone with a unique blend of experience structuring comprehensive marketing campaigns and a penchant for project management: the perfect fusion of strategy and execution. This role will work collaboratively with our Owned, Earned, and Paid Media groups to craft strategies that deliver on the company's key objectives. 

This person will be responsible for building and executing marketing campaigns that are driven by ROI. They will be comfortable receiving a high-level goal of revenue growth and leveraging metrics to craft comprehensive plans that deliver on growth goals for our AcreTrader Platform. They need to be metrics-driven and have a broad knowledge of all the channels and tactics we may deploy to achieve our goals. 

This role may lead project coordinators and identify improvements to our project management workflow, gather project requirements from stakeholders, communicate with project stakeholders on status, and ensure that our work is completed in a timely and organized manner. Ultimately, revenue growth and customer satisfaction of the AcreTrader platform will define success in this role.

Core Responsibilities: 
  • Own the creation and execution of the marketing plan: this includes articulating the strategy for achieving key objectives through a thoughtful program plan that spans multiple campaigns and channels

  • Work collaboratively across business unit leaders and marketing teams

  • Ensure all timelines and budgets are upheld, delivering amazing service levels to all stakeholders in each business unit division 

  • Manage external partners responsible for assisting with marketing

  • Manage a team of marketing coordinators to help support workflows

  • Establish systems and processes to make our workflows more efficient

  • Understand the workflow of each role, how those workflows differ, and how the information required to complete tasks differs

  • Constantly seek ways to automate manual tasks for project management, create templates for repeatable/similar work, and more using our project management system

  • Organize incoming requests as projects and define appropriate timelines and tasks; establish priority and assign appropriate team members to tasks

  • Communicate with key project stakeholders to gather all project requirements, set timeline expectations, and provide updates

  • Manage projects on an ongoing basis to ensure we’re on track to meet deadlines, keep a tight feedback loop with the team on status, and reprioritize work when needed to hit our highest priority targets

  • As with any growing company, expect many other tasks and responsibilities to be assigned as well as growth opportunities to be seized

Key Competencies: 
  • Knowledgeable in the principles, processes, and techniques of marketing strategies 

  • Experience in crafting comprehensive marketing plans

  • Strong background in crafting demand gen campaigns and thorough understanding of paid advertising

  • Experience in fintech or background in finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize a large workload and distill large amounts of information into concise, actionable tasks

  • Mindset geared towards continuous improvement and efficiency

  • Ability to adapt, respond, and reallocate resources in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Knowledge of SEO and social best practices  

  • Technical expertise in project management software

  • Ability to analyze data 

  • Budget and cost analysis experience 

  • Ability to foster and grow a team

  • Fayetteville, AR based 

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • 5-7+ years in marketing and/or project management-related role 

  • Experience in Hubspot and/or other similar CRM platforms 

  • Proficient with Asana as a project management tool
