AcreTrader is looking to hire a Customer Engagement (CE) Manager based in Fayetteville, AR to join AcreMaps. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale up our business with a new team.
As the leader of our CE team, you will be the forward facing ambassador for the AcreMaps product. You will be a vocal advocate for our users in order to create an enriching customer experience. Initially, your primary responsibilities in this role will be to build an outstanding CE team, design new processes for soliciting product feedback from users, and train existing CE team members with our Customer Relationship Management software.
The CE manager will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are prioritizing our work in a way that accelerates the improvement of our product.. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills along with empathy for users and teammates. This role will be working within a startup environment that requires flexibility and nimbleness. As at any growing company, you can expect many other tasks and responsibilities to be assigned as well as growth opportunities to be seized.
- Build out the CE team as AcreMaps moves through public launch
- Train and guide team members in CE team processes
- Improve and maintain overall AcreMaps brand experience
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels using qualitative metrics
- Be a product expert and educate customers on the product in a way that instills confidence and encourages adoption
- Stay current on latest industry trends and techniques through continuing reading and research
- Manage customer databases using a CRM such as HubSpot.
- Work closely with AcreMaps development teams, design teams, and product managers on tracking user activity and increasing user adoption
- Collect feedback from external users and share pain points with AcreMaps team in order to improve the product
- Strategize new plans for improving customer service, experience, and retention on AcreMaps
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership role
- 3+ years of experience in a CRM such as Hubspot
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Ability to collaborate with different departments to resolve multifaceted issues
- Process-driven mindset and organizational skills
- Openness to learning and sharing knowledge
- Comfortable with providing and receiving critical feedback
- Experience working at a startup
- Interest in agriculture, finance, or investing
- Bachelor's degree in communication, business administration, or related field
