Job Description
The Acquisitions & Strategy team at Acquco is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions of e-commerce brands. We utilize proprietary models & datasets and leverage industry expertise, to quantitatively and qualitatively inform our investment process. The team also leads all capital raising activities, including equity and debt financing processes. Additionally, we work closely with cross-functional leadership to identify Acquco's highest priority challenges and structure creative solutions.
As an important part of the acquisition process, we conduct detailed operational due diligence on the Amazon accounts of the various prospects. We are looking for a driven and well-organized individual to own the operational due diligence analysis and assist with other aspects of the M&A process.

Job Description
The Acquisitions & Strategy team at Acquco is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions of e-commerce brands. We utilize proprietary models & datasets and leverage industry expertise, to quantitatively and qualitatively inform our investment process. The team also leads all capital raising activities, including equity and debt financing processes. Additionally, we work closely with cross-functional leadership to identify Acquco's highest priority challenges and structure creative solutions.
As an important part of the acquisition process, we conduct detailed operational due diligence on the Amazon accounts of the various prospects. We are looking for a driven and well-organized individual to own the operational due diligence analysis and assist with other aspects of the M&A process.
Responsibilities
- Focus on operational due diligence, but also assist with other aspects of the M&A process including the evaluation of new opportunities, financial due diligence, and live deal project management
- Assess, analyze, consolidate and report on various Amazon Account metrics as part of the M&A process
- Work cross functionally across multiple internal functions and external parties
- Analyze business operations and deliver strategic recommendations through deep-dive analysis
- Participate in executive-level meetings where key findings would be presented as part of broader analysis
- Manage competing priorities and deliver timely work products in an environment where deadlines overlap
- Develop industry expertise, including an understanding of the e-commerce value chain and market dynamics, and work with the executive team to guide Acquco's strategy
Qualifications
- 1+ years in FP&A, accounting, data analysis, consulting or a similar role
- Strong technical skills in the Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage relationships with external vendors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time within a fast-paced environment
- Strong independent judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop creative solutions
- Attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and cope with many variables in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to comprehend and synthesize large volumes of data and summarize key facts and conclusions in a concise manner
- The annual base salary for this position $85,000 - $95,000
