Job Description

**PRODIGY SMART HOME POWERED BY ACKERMAN HIRING HUNGRY, ENERGETIC OUTSIDES SALES REPRESENTATIVES**

Over the past decade Ackerman Security has installed over 200,000 homes AND businesses. We not only do home security/business but we also do smart home automation. We Prodigy Smart Home Security is the ONLY Authorized Dealer for Ackerman and we just expanded our offices in the East Coast and want to continue to do so. We are not only looking for outside sales representatives but candidates who want to make this into a CAREER for themselves and move up in the company. We are built upon hiring from within and training and cultivating these reps into professional sales managers. We are also looking for those go getters who are true HUNTERS and want to make a six figure income. Most of our experienced reps we have are making well into six figures and have an amazing life/work balance for themselves. We have a great training program called “boot camp” that is a full training course that includes sales fundamentals, sales techniques, closing techniques and prospecting techiques so you are able to be successful quickly. Most of our new reps get a least one sale there first week. We are looking for people who are coachable, ambitious, and have a good work ethic. These traits can't be taught, but we can teach you how to become a leader in your field and reach your personal and professional goals. This is a true commission based position, “high risk, high reward”.

Requirements:

  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • high sense of urgency and innate sales talent
  • must enjoy cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
  • Experience closing in a high paced sales environment
  • Experience in a performance based compensation model **high risk high reward**
  • Proven track record of pipeline development and closing sales
  • Bilingual skills a HUGE plus
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Able to pass a standard background check and drug screening

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales (Preferred - Not Required)
