In this role you will need to work well in a team environment. You will be responsible for performing a
variety of duties to support our internal and external clients. Demonstrates a “customer first” attitude
both with internal and external clients. Pays close attention to detail and takes accountability for
accuracy and thoroughness. Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Performs various clerical, administrative and basic general duties, including but not limited to telephone reception, data entry, mail distribution, invoice processing, banking, shipping and receiving.
- Screen incoming calls to determine the level of priority/urgency for the support call. Find appropriate technical staff to handle the issue.
- Respond to incoming email from clients, determine the urgency of the support issue and assign the appropriate technical staff.
- Administrative support for department which includes maintaining appointment calendars and schedule meetings.
- Assist in support calls.
- Assist in special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrate strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful)
- Effective communication both written and verbal
- Advanced level of experience with MS Office (outlook, excel, and word)
- Able to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Ability to multi-task.
