Job Description

TITLE: Customer Service / Call Center

JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for answering a large volume of telephone inquiries. You will be a liaison between our company and its current customers, addressing any issues regarding services

Type: Temporary
Location: Downtown Phoenix
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; M-F
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 6 months
Pay: Up to $17.83 per hour/DOE
Benefits: Available after eligibility period

 

DUTIES

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls
  • Communicating with business customers to provide status and discuss the resolution of corporation and limited liability company issues
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information and researching issues
  • Keeping records of each call in the database in a  comprehensible way
  • Follow all guidelines as outlined

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of customer service techniques
  • Excellent listening, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Research and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact with customers over the phone
  • Proficient PC Skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • High School diploma or equivalent
